Our Shipping Policy

When will my order arrive?

Processing your order takes only a few seconds. As soon as it is registered, you will receive an invoice via email with the estimated shipping date.

We then pack your order and prepare it for shipment – this usually takes 1–2 business days. After that, one of our shipping partners takes over the transport. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number.

The delivery time depends on your location:

• Austria: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 2–4 business days
  
• Other European countries: 3-10 business days

Note: If products are out of stock, they may have longer delivery times. You can find exact information on the respective product page in our webshop.

Where do we ship?

We ship to all European countries as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Should you live outside the countries mentioned above, feel free to contact us at hello@mowo.studio, so we can provide you with a customised shipping quote including price and delivery time.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs to the following countries are currently included in the price and are therefore free of charge:

- Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands

For all countries not covered by free shipping, we calculate shipping costs based on the product category and the destination. The exact amount will be displayed in the checkout area before you complete your order.

Stools, shelves, accessories:
- Other EU countries: €15.50
- Switzerland, United Kingdom: €35.00

Benches:
- Other EU countries: €44.50
- Switzerland, United Kingdom: €63.00

Accessories (such as cushions or extra cords) are delivered free of charge provided they are ordered together with a larger piece of furniture (stool, shelf or bench) and can be shipped in the same parcel.

For shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes and charges may apply, which are not included in the delivery price. These will be settled directly with the recipient by the relevant authorities.
