Our return policy

Your 30-day right of return

We want you to be sure that your new piece of furniture is the perfect fit for you and your space. That’s why we’ve extended our return policy to 30 days for all our products—giving you plenty of time to experience our stools, benches, and shelves in your own home or office.

If it’s not the right match, returning your order is simple. Just fill out our return form and send it to  hello@mowo.studio. We’ll guide you through the process, provide a shipping label, and help you find the nearest drop-off point.

To ensure a smooth return, please make sure all items are undamaged and sent back in their original packaging.

Who covers the cost of a return?

We currently offer free returns in the following countries:
Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

For returns from all other countries, the customer is responsible for the return costs, which are equal to the standard shipping fee. You can find an overview of the applicable costs in our shipping policy.

Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect them. If they are in good condition, we will issue the appropriate refund. Should the product show signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the reduction in value. Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

What should you do if goods are damaged in transit?

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will be happy to send you a replacement. In this case, please contact us at hello@mowo.studio within 48 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. Please include your order number, your name, a brief description of the damage or defect, and photos of the damage and packaging.

How can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please return the first product for a refund and purchase the new product you want.
